Professional Development Committee (PDC)

  • Organizes the Professional Development Activity Day Program;
  • Approves specific activities associated with the Human Resources Development Plan;
  • Develops professional development policy by encouraging thorough discussions among all District staff;
  • Sets professional development goals, both immediate and long range;
  • Coordinates the District professional development program;
  • Reviews the functioning of all committees concerned with professional development matters
  • Oversees the flex calendar program for the District.
