OND:10 Appreciative Observations

Appreciative Observations are about witnessing the great teaching that happens at SRJC. The goal of these observations are to learn and affirm best practices in teaching and learning. They are never evaluative; rather, they are solely for the observer to gain new insights. We have much to learn from each other, and appreciative observations provide a space to witness, appreciate, and discuss good teaching.
